Last Updated 20 days ago

Selecting Conduit material is almost identical to trenching.

  • You can start a conduit run in two ways:

    1. From the toolbar:

Step 3: Draw the Pathway

  • Move your cursor to the starting point of the pathway.
  • Left-click to begin drawing.
  • Use left-clicks to:
    • Create corners.
    • End a section of one material type.
  • Right-click to switch to a new material type and continue drawing.
  • Double-click to finish the conduit path.
  • Any conduits branching from the path will use the material selected at the origin point.
  • Conduits are displayed in different shades of grey based on the material type.

Step 4: Add Verticals

After you double-click to finish the path, a popup window will appear to enter vertical distance.

  • Enter the total vertical distance (up and down) for the run.
  • EVlogic automatically multiplies values across the number of runs — no need to calculate manually.

Pro Tips

  • PVC and Verticals: You cannot add verticals to PVC; EVlogic already accounts for vertical distance based on trench depth.
  • Manual Routes: Manual conduit routes are PVC only.
