For parking spaces its best to start with the measuring tool to determine the dimensions.

Next, place one parking space and manually place and rotate the parking space.  Once placed, hit esc or click on the map to release.  Select the space again.

The angle is -28 so now we can place many without the guess work.  In this case, we are using 9' stalls and will align them 9' on center.

Place the spaces on the map and select all of them to rotate -28.

Select the spaces again and move them into position.
